How this site handles your information

This website is run by Obsess Interiors, the interior design studio of Skye Howell Henley, based in Seattle. If you have any question about this policy or your information, email skye@obsessinteriors.com.

The contact form asks for your name, your email address and a message. When you send it, those details are emailed to Skye Howell Henley, who will reply to you. We use them to answer your inquiry, to run your project if we work together, and from time to time to email you about our work or future projects. You can ask us to stop those emails at any time. We never sell your contact details or share them with anyone else for their own marketing.

The email is delivered through Resend, an email service that handles it only to deliver it. Before a message is sent, Vercel BotID checks that it came from a person and not an automated program; that check looks at signals from your browser and is not used to identify you.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site: which pages they view, how long they stay, roughly where they are (to the city level), what kind of device and browser they use, and how they found us. This helps us see which parts of the site are useful. The reports we see are in aggregate and do not identify you by name.

Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to recognize return visits, and Google collects this information on our behalf. Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. You can read how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

To stop Google Analytics from collecting your visits, you can block cookies in your browser settings or install Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Booking a call. The “Schedule a Call” buttons open our booking page on Morgen, a separate scheduling service. Anything you enter there is handled under Morgen’s own privacy policy.

Video. The video on the home page is hosted by YouTube and embedded in its privacy-enhanced mode, which does not set YouTube cookies until you press play. Once you play it, YouTube’s privacy policy applies.

Hosting. The site is hosted by Vercel, which keeps short-lived technical logs of requests (such as the page requested and the time) to run and secure the site.

We keep your contact details until you ask us to remove them. Google Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in our account, after which Google deletes it. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email skye@obsessinteriors.com.

If we change how the site handles information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
